Services
Playful, evidence-based sessions for babies 2–5 months and caregivers, Led by Dr. Lisa a Pediatric PT with 20 plus years of experience. This class is for infants working on tummy time, rolling, pivoting, and reaching. If your baby is older and sitting but not rolling or pushing up high on hands, then this could still be a good fit for you and your baby.
Classes will be at 9:30-10:45 on :
- 1/10-Tummy time, rolling, grasping, and visual tracking skills and how to tie it all together.
Special Guest Speaker: Dr. Hayley Hellstern from Zest Pediatriacs talking your questions and talking about all things Baby!!
-1/24- Body Mechanics for parents (how to pick up your little one from the crib, floor, all the equipment)
Special Guest Speaker: Megan Miller Shane- She is a mental health therapist who teaches parenting classes and created Empowering Moms and so much more!!
2/7-Infant massage techniques from head to toe along with extras for digestion and colic and sleepingLet’s discuss Feeding issues with Christie Watson, OT!! Gas, fussiness, or reflux, sleep or eating routines.
2-21-Integration of the series into your daily life. Let’s talk and have some coffee!!
